Warranties

The manufacturer’s warranty shall cover all products sold. Cool Fire Marine makes no express or implied warranties with respect to all products sold through Cool Fire Marine (this includes but is not limited to warranties of fitness, or merchantability).

Service and Support

All service and support requests should be made directly to the software or hardware manufacturer.

Pricing

Pricing changes daily on products. If an error is made on pricing listed on our site, the customer will be notified. The customer can decide whether to pay the new price (higher or lower) than the price shown on the web or to cancel the order.

Availability

All products are subject to be out of stock from time to time. Cool Fire Marine makes not guarantee of availability of any item. If an item is not available, the customer will have the right to cancel the order or wait for backorder of the product.

Security

Cool Fire Marine uses SSL to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal and credit card information.

Taxes

Cool Fire Marine is located in Maryland and collects and pays Maryland sales tax. For all states other than Maryland, the responsibility for the payment of sales tax lies solely with the purchaser.
